iBRoad webinar hosted by BUILD UP, available on demand

The iBRoad project and its vision and practice for the Building Renovation Passports were presented in our webinar in collaboration with BUILD-UP on 5 March.

The webinar was moderated by Alexander Deliyannis,  from Sympraxis Team, iBRoad project coordinator, who also introduced iBRoad.

Maarten De Groote, from the Buildings Performance Institute Europe (BPIE), presented the context of the Building Renovation Passport and the current route towards a potential breakthrough.

Alice Corovessi, from the Institute of Zero Energy Buildings (INZEB), presented the feedback to the iBRoad concept, which was provided by the market and other stakeholders across Europe.

Lukas Kranzl,  from the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien),  presented iBRoad’s vision for the Building Renovation Passport, which includes the Individual building renovation roadmap  (iBRoad-Plan) and the logbook (iBRoad-Log ).

Martin Pehnt,  from the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research Heidelberg (ifeu), presented the process for testing the iBRoad concept for  European countries, including the training of auditors on the iBRoad software tools.

Finally, Horia Petran from INCD URBAN-INCERC spoke of the relevance of the iBRoad project and concept for Romania.

Following the presentations, several questions were asked by the audience and anwsered by the panelists.
